The Keith Report: July 27th Alumni Update

For those of you who are looking for something to watch or play be sure to check out some of these projects that our graduates have worked on!

M. Night Shyamalan's newest horror film Old came out on July 23rd and grads Clifton Askew (2020), Nick Dauphanais (2010), Richard Aponte (2009), and Evander Major (2014) all worked on the film!

Season 2 of Ted Lasso came out on Apple+ on July 23rd and Andre Cheong (2016) worked on it as a compositor! Ted Lasso stars Jason Sudeikis and is about a fish out of water comedy, where Ted Lasso is brought in to coach a soccer team in Britain without much experience. Ted Lasso is in part based on a coach from Jason Sudeikis’s past.

The next GI Joe movie Snake Eyes came out only in theaters on July 23rd and Josh Clark (2019) worked on the film as an animator!

Disney's Jungle Cruise releases in theaters and Disney+ on July 30th and Francesca Milde (2016) worked on it as a compositor!

Graduate Devon McFarland (2017) worked on the marketing for Ford F-150 Rocket League as a compositor and graphic artist!

Season 2 of Evil was recently released on Paramount+ and Nick Dauphanais (2010), Chad Herrada (2008), Kieran Ryan (2017), and Dana Passarella (2009) all worked on the series!

The third installment in the horror trilogy Fear Street was released on Netflix on June 16th and Chris Cheng (2016), Erika Chlupsa (2016), Tyler Barnas (2015), Jacob Coy (2015), and Ryan McConnell (2017) all worked on the project as compositors!

Star Trek: Prodigy will be coming out in the fall but the new trailer just dropped and there are two grads at Nickelodeon who are working on the show! Peyton Glover (2017) and Cody Burke (2011)! I cant wait to see it guys!

Season 3 of CWs show Roswell New Mexico aired on July 26th  and grads Zach Hamelton (2018), and Tanner Bartlett (2015) both worked on the show!

Congratulations to alumnus Nick Dauphanais (2010) who was just promoted to Head of 2D for Powerhouse VFX!  

Congratulations to grad Christian Garcia (2019) who just got hired by EA as a motion graphic artist to work in the marketing department on FIFA 22!!

Congratulations to Varun Raja (2015) who was just hired by Alcemy 24 as a compositor!

Congratulations to Jason Batista (2020) who just got hired by SAIC as a Game Development Specialist!
